Ben at BOSS Construction came right away to attack our code violation. During our buyers inspections they found some items of concern that were not permitted. My mother-in-law fell ill a few years prior to us selling our home and us relocating to NC and I built an addition in the garage with an extra bathroom and bedroom. One of the agents who showed the house contacted the city telling them about our addition and we were given a code violation for work without a permit. Ben worked closely with the Building Official to obtain the necessary permits to remove the unpermitted work as it was not to code and that was the most cost effective way to proceed. The Boss Construction crew in place to get the appropriate permits in place to cap the electric and plumbing capped and to remove the addition we had added. If it wasn’t for the expert guidance of Ben I never would have been able to close successfully and move to NC for my job relocation! Forever grateful for your help!
