Porsche Design Building really, really cool. Never got the opportunity to go in here. We’re just in the lobby with the wine cellar. We’re here to close an open permit. And one of the units that’s for sale. Just taking you guys around in case you guys never got to go in here. The most amazing thing about the building is the elevator. The hydraulic lift systems, how they are bringing the cars two levels below us. Can’t hear anything. Again, beautiful state of the art building. One of our clients is selling the unit so we’re just going to see how we can close this baby out. Amazing elevator shaft, look at that.
