
I’m over here in North Lauderdale today. And again, this is an example of a structure that I cannot cannot bring into compliance. This is plywood. This is structural numbers tied into a cinderblock. Commercial storefront door in the back of a multifamily property and drywall done on the exterior walls. Again, guys is an example of something that needs to be demolished that we cannot bring into compliance. So this was the exterior wall. The house right here. This is the back exterior wall. This was the additional walls that was made. These are health safety issues. There’s mold in the walls. And again, these are important things that investors need to understand, and property owners need to understand when they buy property, what is permitted and what’s not permitted.
