Bottom line is, whatever you’re going to do is going to have a long lasting effect. One of the neighbor, you know, there’s a lot of stakeholders involved. One of the neighbors is going to say, well, we want to keep that bench area there. We don’t want to keep the bench area over there, but they need to be educated. And they need to understand what they’re asking for. What are the impacts on the environment going to be? We were in this community last year, around summertime to close an open fence permit, the association higher defense contractor, and this fence contractor did all the fencing work and left the permit open. So that was coming up on a bunch of lien searches when people were seeking approval with the association. And it was causing it was physically causing code violation.
