We closed out a pool and a fence. We helped Mario. He’s a 27 year old resident of Miramar. He was living in North Miami another 10 years. We helped him close out his pool from the builder over in Miramar. So that was really incredible and and he was happy. Liza is very happy too see she’s her agent from Berkshire Hathaway. So like many of us in Dade and Broward we go north in the state. He’s moving to Ocala. He moved North Miami to Miramar raise his family in Miramar and he’s moving in Ocala. So it’s it’s it’s really incredible the paths in the demographic moves and the changes that cities are making and you know, we have to accommodate our population so it’s really cool.
