Ben: I’m standing here with Carlos from Prinspect and something I preach to the agents all the time is to be proactive and to do their due diligence and we always like to make sure that everyone’s expectations are on the same level. So tell us about your history with Home Inspections and your background.
Carlos: I’ve be doing home inspections since 2008. It has been really awesome to do it and fun, but also, being able to provide clients that important tool, you know, on the buying process. its having a home inspection. You need to know the conditions of the house before you buy a house. You need to know if there’s anything wrong if there’s any permitting issues? Anything that was done not up to code, not with permit so those two things take a toll later on, if you don’t do your due diligence. That’s why you need me to call a home inspector and of course have somebody by your side that can help at great depth over those issues that are found through the home inspection.
