We helped Sheila Yale from Charles Rutenberg. We helped her close an open permit in Sunny Isles in Le Cartier. It was an open kitchen and bathroom permit.
Sheila: “Owners didn’t fully disclose to me of what had happened. Evidently there was a leak upstairs. and they decided they would renovate the kitchen and hired some guy who was supposedly was going to get it done but in the process something happen with the relationship so they fired the contractor and one of the owners came down and finished the job himself, of course that left open permits and then I got the listing to sell it. I recommend Ben and his company for any of these problems that realtors have. Thank you so much Ben and his company”
